We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the date your order shipped for full-price merchandise, or within 14 days for sale merchandise.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to send back your items. All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. We will issue the refund as soon as possible, but please allow us up to 14 business days to process your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to one billing cycle for the credit to be applied to your account.

If you make a return after the specified time period, you will be credited the item’s current selling price. Returns received after 90 days will be returned to sender.

Exchanges are not currently offered, but if you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item.

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.

Please note that a restocking fee may be applied to returned items, depending on the nature of the item and the reason for the return. If a restocking fee applies, this will be clearly communicated to you by our customer service team.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, even if you are located outside of our home country. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your order to request a return. All returns must be pre-authorized by our personnel, and you will receive detailed instructions and a Return Authorization Number once your return/exchange has been approved.

Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in new condition with all tags attached, and must be accompanied by the original International Checkout receipt or invoice.

We recommend that all returns be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery.

Your refund will be issued for the merchandise purchase price, minus the shipping cost (if any) of the merchandise to/from DAN LIU Design.


At DAN LIU Design, we strive to provide you with a smooth and convenient shopping experience. That's why we offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $500USD before taxes. Our team processes and delivers orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and we ask that you please allow up to 48 hours for processing time.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon EST will be processed the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the following business day. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that we cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide accurate delivery information, including your email address. Once an order has been shipped and placed with a mail delivery carrier, it is out of our hands. While we take measures to ensure that your order is properly packaged and protected, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

When making online purchases, please ensure that you provide DAN LIU Design with an accurate and valid mailing address. Shipping and handling fees may apply and are non-refundable.

We will email your online purchase to the recipient you specify on the date you choose during the ordering process. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for any delays beyond our control.

Please note that we reserve the right to hold, suspend, cancel, or refuse any order that we suspect of fraud, violating our terms and conditions, or presenting a security risk. If your order is affected, we will notify you by email.

To make an online purchase on behalf of someone else, you must have a personal or family relationship with the recipient and their full authority and consent to provide their name and email address to us or our third-party service providers. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that we may share your name, email address, and phone number with our service providers and/or the recipient as necessary to fulfill the order.

Finally, please be aware that you are responsible for ensuring that you do not breach any contracts, duties, or laws or infringe on anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.


DAN LIU Design offers plastic and electronic gift cards that can be redeemed for the purchase of DAN LIU Design products and services at participating stores and on the company website, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. By purchasing and/or using a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Gift cards cannot be resold and are non-refundable, except where required by law. They are not reloadable and do not expire. Gift cards are not credit or debit cards but are considered a prepayment on the cost of purchases.

Gift cards can be purchased online or at participating stores using US dollars. Online purchases must be paid for with a valid credit card, while in-store purchases may be made with debit or cash. All gift card sales are final and cannot be canceled once paid for.

If you purchase a plastic gift card online, DAN LIU Design will mail it to the recipient within the specified delivery time frame. Electronic gift cards will be emailed on the date specified in the online order. DAN LIU Design will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver orders promptly, but will not be responsible for delays beyond its control. Orders may be held, suspended, canceled, or refused if fraud, a violation of these terms and conditions, or a security risk is suspected.

DAN LIU Design is not responsible for gift cards that are not delivered or received due to inaccurate delivery information. By making an online gift card purchase, you warrant that you are responsible for providing accurate information, have the full consent and authority to provide the recipient's name and email address for electronic gift card delivery, and are not violating any contract, duty, law, or infringing upon any intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

Redeeming a DAN LIU Design Gift Card:

To activate a DAN LIU Design Gift Card, you must first know that it has no value until activated. If you've already redeemed a Gift Card, it cannot be replaced. However, any unused value will remain on the card and can be used for future purchases. If a Gift Card has been altered, damaged, or defaced, it may be void.

DAN LIU Design Gift Cards can be redeemed at participating stores, which can be found on the FAQ section of their website. The cards can also be used without limitation on their website. However, they cannot be used at third-party businesses or where prohibited by law.

Multiple Gift Cards can be used for a single purchase, but if there is an outstanding balance, another payment method must be used. To make a purchase, you need the Gift Card number and PIN. The Gift Card number is found on the card, and the PIN is emailed to you after activation.

Checking your Gift Card balance:

After each use, your Gift Card balance will be emailed to you on your receipt. You can also inquire about your balance by emailing

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Cards:

DAN LIU Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. If an electronic Gift Card has not been redeemed and the intended recipient has not received it, it can be canceled and re-issued. However, DAN LIU Design cannot cancel or replace plastic Gift Cards that have not been received by the intended recipient. To reduce this risk, consider purchasing an electronic Gift Card.

If someone copies or steals your Gift Card number or PIN, Contact Us immediately.

Refunds on Redeemed Gift Cards:

If you return a purchase made with a Gift Card, DAN LIU Design will issue a refund on the same card or a new Gift Card with the refund amount. If you split payment between Gift Cards, the refund will be based on the portion of the transaction billed to each card.

Personalized Messaging:

Personal messages can be added to online orders at no additional cost. DAN LIU Design reserves the right to cancel or omit inappropriate, offensive, or objectionable messages.

Cancelling or Refusing a Gift Card:

DAN LIU Design can cancel or refuse a Gift Card associated with an unauthorized transaction at any time. Gift Cards purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be valid.

General Terms:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law, without regard to the principles of conflict of law. Any dispute relating to a Gift Card will be adjudicated by the courts. DAN LIU Design reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The use of DAN LIU Design trademarks or logos is strictly prohibited if it negatively impacts DAN LIU Design, its reputation, or goodwill.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification:

DAN LIU Design is not liable to you or any third party, whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise, for any claims, costs, damages or expenses arising out of the following:

Your negligent act or omission, willful misconduct, or fraud.
Any breach or default by you of the obligations under these terms and conditions.

DAN LIU Design's failure to carry out its obligations if the failure is caused by a third party, system or data processing failure, or any other act or omission outside of DAN LIU Design's control.

Any loss of profits or incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, regardless of how they arise.
DAN LIU Design provides no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. If there is any issue with or related to a gift card (including without limitation if a gift card code is non-functional), your sole remedy, and DAN LIU Design's sole liability, shall be the replacement of such gift card.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless DAN LIU Design and its officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, or representatives from and against any and all third-party charges, claims, losses, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, causes of action, or suits (collectively, "losses") incurred or suffered by DAN LIU Design or its officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, or representatives to the extent resulting from:

Your negligent act or omission, willful misconduct, or fraud.
Any breach or default (including without limitation breach of a representation or warranty hereunder) by you of the obligations under these terms and conditions.
